Orders must be cancelled within a few hours from when you have placed the order. We process and ship pretty quickly and, therefore, if you take more than a few hours, it will likely be too late to stop the order from leaving our store. If this is the case, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Essentially, we ask that you please make sure your order is accurate before placing it. Once it enters our system, it will be difficult to stop and cancel.
The prices displayed on this website does not necessarily reflect what is listed in our retail stores. Each store operates separately and determines its own pricing. Also, certain products may not be available in the region or store banner of your choosing. If you wish to cancel an order or pre-order placed on-line, please contact us at customer service. Please note there is a 15% re-stocking fee on all cancelled orders that are placed.
